If it feels like a good fit, I’ll schedule our first session via JaneApp. During this initial meeting, we’ll dive into the personal details surrounding the challenges you face and strategize how I can support you.

Together, we will establish a weekly or biweekly session plan, periodically assess your progress, and adjust goals as needed. Optional maintenance sessions can be booked once or twice a month to help maintain your therapeutic gains, concluding our journey when all your goals have been met.
