Direct Billing with Insurance in Alberta, Canada
We offer direct billing for the following insurance providers in Alberta:

Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice
We request that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This consideration allows us to offer the appointment to other clients.
No Show / Late Cancellation Fee
If a no-show or late cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee up to the full cost of the missed session will be charged to the card on file on the same day as the missed appointment except under extenuating circumstances, which should be communicated to the therapist via email at radiumpsych@gmail.com

Please note: Insurance companies will not cover the cost of short-notice cancellation or no-show fees.

Card on File
All clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file. This facilitates efficient payment processing.
Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be charged to the card on file
